Here at the University of Arizona, we have our own Human Resources within our Office. Below you can find all the HR Trainings and paperwork related to HR that needs to be completed. Additional HR Paperwork will be communicated via email.
You can have a domestic partner, spouse or children live with you.
Complete the forms linked below, by doing so the person(s) living with you will be able to get a Catcard, electronic access to the hall you live in, and the ability to purchase a parking permit. Yes, you can have a cat or a dog live with you! If you have a pet, follow the instructions and fill out and return the agreement linked below to mpd1@email.arizona.edu.The purpose of this Pet Guidelines: Live-On Staff is to ensure that pets are the sole responsibility of the owner and do not become a liability to Housing & Residential Life (Housing) or The University of Arizona (UA), to provide guidance on how to obtain and maintain approval for bringing a pet to reside in the residence halls, and to identify the locations on campus in which pets reside. The UA and Housing have guidelines in place to allow live-on staff to own and house pets within staff apartments. To view & complete the form our Pet Policy, click here.

All live-on staff have a mailbox located at our graduate apartment complex, La Aldea. La Aldea is open year-round. The following address can be used to receive mail, packages and other address purposes. You are able to start sending items at any time and we will hold it for you.

An "End of Year" report serves as a document that provides a summary of a dorms academic year, specifically from the previous year. This document includes items such as, dorm layout/details, staff information, office information, location of specific areas, things that worked well, things that could improve, and so much more. We have an entire database for "End of Year" reports and your dorm specific report should have been emailed to you with your On-Boarding Email. If you did not receive your "End of Year" report in your email, please contact Chuck Stock at chuckstock@arizona.edu
