Manzanita-Mohave is a five-story dorm with double rooms and community bathrooms. It is located in the Historic District, near The Arts District, Arizona Health Sciences Center (AHSC), University Blvd./Main Gate Square and is on the Tucson Modern Streetcar line. Because of its close proximity to The College of Fine Arts, Manzanita-Mohave is home to many Fine Arts majors. Manzanita-Mohave also offers students package lockers for convenient 24/7 package pick-up.

A traditional program that aims to build community within the campus and to provide a space for residents to feel comfortable expressing who they are. Attendees are encouraged to sign up to perform a talent special to them, take photos, paint a pot, and enjoy yummy food.
